Review: Jane Austens story of love and economics reaches us once more with the energy of a thorough novelty. Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, my first time I read it and Ive seen Laurence Olivier and Greer Garson, Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle and now Matthew Macfadyen and Keira knightly. Surprisingly, Ive never disappointed. The material seems to be full proof. Darcy Colin estuaries, in many ways, is the Darcy Ive ever imagined. Hes feverishly actor Ive followed his glorious Adrian Leduc in the apartment Zero, Matthew Macfadyen was completely new to me, but he was able to create that sense of melancholy that makes the final payment so satisfying. Keira knightly is a great discovery. I have to admit, I did not deleted imagine what he is capable of a range of powerful, beautifully displayed here. Another big surprise for Joe Wright, the director, in his debut film is more promising, his partner. Photography, art direction and entertaining supporting cast, especially Donald Sutherland and Brenda Blethyn, makes this new version of the classic period of an unforgettable evening of films |
