Review: Jack Reacher is based on Lee Child's book One Shot. For those whove read it, you already know Tom Cruise is not right for the role. You wish they couldve gotten a bigger and higher actor to play the role of Hugh Jackman or Chris Evans, or anyone else. It could have been a new iconic look for a hero. The real problem is, it seems Tom Cruise is just redo its generic action hero performance. As much as he refuses to call himself a hero, he still looks like one, but in a much brighter way. Despite the fact that the film itself is a clever piece of entertainment that is rare in movies these days. A neo-noir-style action game that will grab you with his storytelling and his action scenes. Theres a chance that could have made this a much better film, but put them complain, begins its still pretty awesome.the movie with a man shooting five random innocent people. It builds tension effectively by being silent. The rest of the film is as smooth as the opening and it serves a good entertainment. The only disappointment is Tom Cruise. He may not have the look of the character, but he could have done much more than just doing the typical action hero swagger. He certainly has charisma, but thats all. His fans may still think he pretty cool for it. Im not a fan of comparing a book to its film adaptation. I never cared if a single plot point or character changed, but Jack Reacher character is the real deal here. It seems this movie is just made for Cruise to get him back in action. Well this character is not for him.The film is still solidly made. At least, not going to the modern generic action direction relentlessly loud, but stick to the neo-noir storytelling. It is best when it spends time to look into it in silence. As the film begins to speak, the dialogue witty and interests storys study. It will be interesting when it goes into action. Action scenes are well shot. The hand-to-hand combat fight scenes reminiscent of the Cold eighties action with some humorous camp. The car chase is the most impressive sequence where it shows different angles as they run away without shaking the camera. It has the potential for a classic throwback.Jack Reacher is quite entertaining, but again, they should have got the right actor to play the lead role. Jack Reacher here is nothing more than another Tom Cruise character with a leather jacket and do what this old man usually does. The only good thing is not bad. Its a decent sort of action thriller that is not known in mainstream cinema anymore but still fun. It's not exactly an action movie, but people might think it is. The leaves have a clever mystery despite the fact that it lacks anti-hero. It's fun and worth seeing, but there are things that could have made it much more interesting. |

Moreover, the plot was real sad and gags ... miserable.We in one of the actor in traditë ne to share its old movies into two parts, so we sneaked in between Holiday half-time, but we have wasted hours of our lives (not to mention the euro .) seriously, I think this stuff might be able to work anywhere in the world, but it completely impossible to satisfy European audience. |
