Review: Imagine what would happen if 8 or 10 criminals of various professions, threw them into the maze, gave one of the criminals diamond the size of a fist, and shouted tax, someone in this maze has a huge diamond! Finder him and the last man standing wins! What do you think will happen? Snatch is what happens.Snatch is confusing, winding, crazy movie. I repeat. This movie is awesome! Imagine Mr. Frogs Wild Ride at Disney's Word of the acid, and this is what you get, my friend. Believe it or not, this mass confusion and complete insanity is very, very entertaining. The film has its problems. First of all, for those of you have seen that snatchs predecessor (Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels) you know that Guy Ritchie (writer and director of both films) has a music video style so many angles, movements and cinema going. A strange camera techniques to get so angry. The madness I saw people running from the theater I was also turned off by this madness. However, most of these insane crap gets over the first hour, so that not one of you people who like Lock Stock last.If much as I did, do it yourself a favor and watch this movie as soon as you can. Snatch is a bit more serious than Lock Stock, but if it's funny, you will laugh until your lungs burst. It was nice to Vinnie Jones, who is Big Chris was the last film to come as the same basic character (just now called Bullet Tooth Tony) and make the same sacrifices bumped his head on the car door act in evidence. The performances were as big as Lock Stock, with Jason Statham and Pitt the lead. I was disappointed to see that Bendicio Del Toro had a bigger role. I expect the main character, but hes not.So Finally, if you've never seen Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, I saw that first before Snatch, so you can get custom Guy Richies style. I still think it is stupid to compare any two films Pulp Fiction (unlike most people), but in the same range as Pulp. This means that if you liked the pulp fun, you'll probably like Snatch and Lock, Stock. If you have not seen pulp, or Lock Stock, who are deprived of their lives culture.9/10 |
